Used to be great - went downhill fast
We’ve been going here for 8 years and have had no problems. Since the pandemic, they switched to a call center. It took me 6 hours of repeated phone calls and leaving messages before we reached a person who could help us schedule an appointment for a sick visit. We had a 9 am appointment. With two sick kids in tow, and waiting in the tiny waiting room after getting their vitals taken, no one came to see us for an hour. The place was dead. There was no one there. I’m not even sure a doctor was there. At 10 am, I left and took the boys to an urgent care. Since they switched to a call center, it’s such a nightmare trying to reach this establishment for anything. This was just the last straw. I’m switching pediatricians. The doctors are fine, but the infrastructure is broken and not what parents need when dealing with the care of their kids.
