Horrible patient care. In recent years, Dent has made it nearly impossible to reach by phone. You may wait over an hour and still not talk to someone. We were delayed 2 min over their 10 min grace period for arrival and was denied the appointment after leaving work early, driving an hour to pick up my mom then driving another 1.5 hrs to get to the appointment. It’s challenging caring for the elderly and unexpected challenges sometimes happen along the way. There was no kindness, understanding or help even though we have been on time to all other appointments and we typically wait for them for almost an hour. We had considered finding another neurology clinic and this made our decision easy. From the other ratings we were not the only ones feeling up with this company. Stay far away from Dent if you need decent care.

NOT a good provider
I have been a patient of Dent for a long time now, probably 10 years. In that time I have been charged unnecessarily, unable to get medications refilled and unable to get ahold of people at dent. With the introduction of the patient portal, it has made things easier to communicate-that being said they are still in the dinosaur age. I needed FMLA paperwork filled out that NEEDS to be done by a doctor. They charge for that! and dont worry the billing people are always availible when I call to speak to the nurses for Dr. Frosts office I could wait over 45 minutes EASY at any time of the day. to top that off, I need to have a form filled out to have the paperwork filled out and although they have a 'safe' patient portal you cannot upload it there. you cannot email it to anyone. No, you need to go IN PERSON or FAX this to them. why? I'm not sure but the woman i spoke with on the phone did not care one bit. she just said nope there is no way to do that you have to mail it or bring it in or f

Amazing
The clinic cordinator for The orchard park clinic Julia went above and beyond for me during my visit,she made sure the issues that i had where taken care of immediatly and got me in for a test when no one else could, I could tell by watching her interact with people that she is a caring, honest, hard working person who probobly deserves more than she gets.

Ugh
Super speedy visits but super long phone wait times. The CEO def makes the decisions which clearly stress the providers out who in turn practice as if they're running a race. Its not theyre fault that they dont have time to care, but the system at DENT must change to offer better care.Our family moved on to Southtowns Neurology where time is actually apent with the patient.Maybe DENT can work on restoring their reputation like they had 20 years ago.

Never called me back. Still in pain.
Had to wait a month to see doctor for Shingles post nerve pain. I saw physician Istvan Tomaschek prescribed a drug and told me if it didn't work call and another would be provided. The drug ordered was refused by my insurance. I called the Doctor to either correct or give me something else. He never called, It has been over a week. I cancelled my future appointment and will not be going back here. They wasted my time and money. I am still in pain. You decide whether this is where you want to be treated.

Migraine sufferer
DON'T GO HERE !! I've been trying for a number of weeks to get someone from Dr. Zhang's office or imaging to get back to me for imaging needs. Approvals are in place but no one from either office is returning my calls. Messages have been left with my info. requesting call back. The link sent by Dent, is non working. I am on hold for Courtney and phone hangs up. I will find another treatment center !! Suffering from migraines and having to be subjected to professionals not doing their job, only adds to my suffering. In my opinion, this complex is inundated with incompetence and lack of empathy !! I have a family who is concerned for my well being, and the people at Dent are not fulfilling their obligations to treat my chronic ailment. I will not waste another moment of my time, of which, the clock may be ticking, at this medical complex.

Unacceptable customer service
Poor customer service with the phone staff. The wait times on the phone is ~15-20 minutes. only to be transferred to wait again regardless of the purpose of the call. Unacceptable & unprofessional. I won't go back or recommend.

if you want to get an outragous bill
18 months after service they sent out a bill for services that had an agreed on payment from the insurance company. They decided to take away the adjustment to the cost and bill me for it. 18 months later. I work in healthcare and I know they are not allowed to do this.

Migraine with vision loss
My kid is a patient there and her migraines have gotten much worse and she is now losing her vision before the migraine starts. I tried to switch doctors and gave them the required referral from her pediatrician, even though my insurance doesn’t require this..So I have been calling for over a week to get her in (they had appointments available too). They keep telling me they are waiting for their doctors to approve the switch..we have been in the ER twice in the past 8 days for migraine with vision loss…this place is awful..avoid them and go elsewhere. If they don’t care about a child suffering and even losing her vision then they likely won’t care about you!

Worst place ever
I've been a patient for about a year now for a couple of different reasons. While I have nothing but good to say about the nuerology department or it's staff, the same does not hold true for Dr Henrys office and staff. Communication I'd say is their biggest downfall as they just refuse to have any outside of an office visit. On my last visit there, I actually had the PA yelling at me aggressively whilst being treated like a 2 year old that didn't understand a thing. Mind you I'm near my 50s and am far from a child. They do things the way they want without any regard to patient care and understanding, or medical need. And the so called compliance manager.. well ya, I'll say she did call me back, once, but never followed up to see if my concerns were resolved, even after leaving her more messages. An answering machine is the only way you can speak to the office, and they don't return calls or even respond in the portal. Such a waste all around. Wish I'd read reviews prior to 1st apt!!

No port in the portal
Patient portal is an absolute joke. Administration apparently not supporting providers with adequate personnel to answer patient portal inquiries. Can take days and days before you can get a response, if you get one at all. Calling with your question or request allows you to leave a brief message that also leaves you hanging in limbo with no response. If you are operating a medical facility serving thousand of patients, it is your duty to make the after visit follow through just as important as the visit itself even if there is no copay. Wake up Dent!

Horrendous experience.
Horrible experience from start to finish. I had to try calling five times (on hold each time for more than 20 minutes each time) to even get through to schedule an appointment. The staff is rude and act as if you are an interruption in their day. I went there for an MRI and waited over an hour to be seen. The person who inserted my IV did it incorrectly and I had a huge welt and bruise on my arm. I was never called with results and my primary care doc could not get the results, either. Terrible service, terrible care, horrendous experience.

No one seemed to care about the patients at all.
Rude reception staff, nurses and Physician. I was referred to DENT by my trusted Primary Care Doctor. After I told him that it took me 5 phone calls (totaling over an hour wait time) to schedule an appointment, the Doctor did nothing... no testing, no referral, no recommendation... NOTHING, my Primary referred me to another Neurologist and I was thrilled to receive excellent care. Its not my Primary's fault, it is the unprofessional, uncaring and uninterested staff at DENT that is to blame. Thankfully, I am now being treated by a caring team of medical professionals at another Neurologist. I recommend avoiding DENT at all costs!

Unfortunate experience at DENT.
I am sad to report that I have to agree with the other patients who left the lowest rating available. Currently DENT has a rating of ONE star, the lowest a patient is able to rate a facility and I will be providing yet another one star (wishing I could leave ZERO stars). The staff is rude and uncaring from the receptionist to the Doctors. I had to wait on hold over an hour just to schedule an appointment. The receptionist sat and chatted with her coworker for 10 minutes before even acknowledging I was there. The Doctor dismissed my concerns, despite the fact that I was referred to them by my Primary Care Doctor. Rude, dismissive staff, poor quality of care and they DESERVE the one star review. I do not recommend even trying DENT Neurology.

Do not go to Dent if you want to be listened to or your health taken seriously. I've spent months trying to convince doctors to actually listen to my symptoms instead of telling me I'm wrong about what I'm experiencing. Meanwhile, my symptoms got worse. Then I ended up in the ER and needed to be referred by Dent for an emergency blood patch following a spinal tap. I spent almost 5 hours trying to get a hold of someone - the ER couldn't get in touch with them either. When I finally did get in touch, they told me that they would call Roswell to schedule an appointment for the next day. They waited two hours until right before they closed to leave a message on my portal saying they'd call Roswell in the morning, instead. Absolutely irresponsible with my heath, negligent, and inconsiderate. Don't waste your time here.
