WNY Psychotherapy Services

I had several appointments with Kaitlin McHugh. We went over the same things at each appointment, and I was strung along and asked to return for another appointment in a few weeks. I was never helped. I spent over $600 out-of-pocket and wasted hours of my work day. I feel like I got strung along and basically scammed. I'm doubtful that any effort was made to obtain my past records, even though I signed a consent form. Additionally, the WNY Psychotherapy portal is useless and does not show billing info or upcoming appointments, and I think the messaging system doesn't always send/save messages. Half the time, the provider couldn't access electronic case notes during the appointment, meaning we had to review the same info once again. Why did I spend so much money on a lost cause? Because it took four months for any bill to be sent to me. Had I received timely invoices, I would have cut my losses sooner. Maybe that's how they maximize revenue?
