I felt rushed through every part of the process. After my initial consult, one procedure was decided on. When I returned for the procedure, my dentist began by drilling my tooth into a jagged shard before realizing that actually I needed a root canal and I'd have to make a new appointment. The dentist sent me home numb and with my own sharp tooth digging into my numb tongue and cheek. By the time the anesthetic wore off, my mouth was torn up and I could barely swallow. I returned the following morning in agony to be met with skepticism from my dentist about how bad I was feeling. She shaved off some more of my tooth and put a better temporary filling. I left this dentist office in worse condition than when I initially came. Avoid it.

Scheduling is terrible. No online website available. Rude staff. Not welcoming. Feels like the hygienist didn't want to put a lot of time or effort into my sons first cleaning. We were scolded to about the care for our child and our preferences. This place needs a staff makeover! Will be canceling future appts for our other children.

This dentist clinic has caused me to have several problems. The most recent included my child, who received subpar care after receiving a filling for the first time. My kid was having discomfort on one side of her mouth after the session. Somehow, they overlooked a tooth that required a filling, so I had to take her to the emergency room, where the doctor prescribed antibiotics. She had another planned visit for a check-up, which is once again unkind to a youngster. She needed to come back for a filling. She had to return to the emergency room (ER) this time because the tooth filling wasn't done correctly, and she was advised to visit a dentist right away to have the filling completed and perhaps removed. It was mentioned to her that she may develop an abscess and that it might enter her bloodstream. The clinic, however, canceled her appointments once again, citing the dentist's absence. Now, I have been scrambling to find a dental clinic that is able to see her asap!

Do not go here to get dentures. It took 4 months for an upper denture. I was gaging when they did the impression. Mine were way to big for my mouth. The adjustments were never right. I wound up not wearing them.
