I was informed that I needed additional blood work, which I had performed. A few weeks went by, and I did not receive results. When I called the office, I was informed they are very busy and did not have time to review it yet. I also had to call and remind them I was promised a prescription for a critical screening, which they told me they would do, but did not until I called them to remind them. I am getting older and need a provider that is engaged and consistent. I recommend not using this practice as they appear to be overloaded with patients.
