Bellmore Pediatrics

I picked this office for my newborn daughter and on the first day of her visit after the hospital it was chaos. The office had new systems put in and it took me 35 mins to get my 3 day old baby into a room. This pediatrics states they make early appts for newborns to avoid exposure and safety of a newborn yet i had to wait 35 mins with other patients there. So my baby was exposed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was day one of being on a new system. Then for the weight check it was a similar issue. That day someone walked in and said they have been calling for 3 days and no one picks up and their child is sick. The office said their phones have been messed up. We are now a month later. For 2 weeks ive been trying to call the office to inquire about a few things im noticing in my newborn and no one picks up. Last week it rang and rang for 10 mins and then i hung up and now i press every number option and get either everyone is busy and hangs up. What am I supposed to do!
