There is no organization. There is no way to communicate directly with your Dr. and nobody to be held accountable for failing to set up appointments or improper billing. I was referred to Dr. Ellison from another orthopedic Dr. from UHS based on his credentials. Unfortunately, his affiliation with Lourdes and their administration is causing widespread issues with communications and I have little desire or confidence to continue pursuing an alternative opinion to determine the best avenue for surgery that I have been trying to have diagnosed for the last 5 years. It is not worth anyone’s effort to have to endure this incompetence, regardless. I highly recommend choosing UHS. They are extremely more efficient in professionally running their organization.
