NYU Langone Medical Associates-Bridgehampton

Completely disrespectful and nasty, especially the practice manager. Extensive wait times. I went for an appointment to this office for an appointment with my cardiologist instead of the Riverhead office because of a misunderstanding and they refused to take my blood pressure even though that’s what the doctor wanted because it was running high and i was feeling dizzy. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE MY BLOOD PRESSURE EVEN THOUGH THE OFFICE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. I ended up at an urgent care who was shocked that as a patient I was denied the most basic, probably life saving service. In fact, my pressure was so high they wanted to send me to the hospital and said I needed to call my doctor immediately to adjust my medication. He did not respond until I called back and left another message hours later and was rude and insulting. The worst care ever. I have now left that doctor and will never go back to that office again.
