Terrible customer service

I like my primary care provider, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I talk to customer service and they say I will get a call back, but there is no call back. One time my provider was out sick, did they call to tell me that in advance, NO. They claimed they did, but they lied. Two times I had appointments to have a phone consultation regarding lab results, both times they never called. Both times they apologized and said I would be called....months later I'm still waiting. I will not use them again because of their TERRIBLE customer service.
