Girls at the desk are incompetent. Also rude

I have a new dentist now and they want my x-rays emailed over to them. I have called six times today and they told me oh it only takes a few minutes. Every time I call I get the same walk around treatment. I'm on hold for quite a while they take my information again for the third time and on the 4th phone call they tell me finally the oh they're having computer problems today. Why didn't they tell me that on the first phone call. Each time I called they would put me on hold or transfer the call to another person and I would get disconnected. Incompetence I call this. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
