Good Health Psychiatric Services PC

I love working with the NP I have at Good Health, but as a practice, this place is unprofessional, negligent, and basically trash. First the practice scheduled me for November 10 with a new mental health provider without asking, claiming my regular NP was leaving. Then they backtracked and said my regular NP was NOT leaving, but asked me to keep the appt with the new person anyway, and go back to my regular the following month. I was uncomfortable with it, but agreed so I could renew my medication. The new NP didn't even log into to the telehealth appt, so when I rescheduled I asked to please meet with my regular provider. That appointment is scheduled for Nov 30, but my practitioner have lapsed. I've contacted Good Health TWICE since that missed appointment, asking about ny prescriptions, and have received no response from anyone. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER PRACTICE. SPARE YOURSELF THE ANXIETY.

The psychiatric nurse provider that I see, Okello Kabiite, is incredible. A great listener, wise, kind and knowledgeable. Has given me great advice about my medications, and has always responded to my life situations with expertise, wisdom and kindness.

The office staff and coordination is absolutely horrible. I been waiting almost 4 weeks for paper work to be filled out for my medical condition and they keep saying it’s my provider is responsible. However, the office staff/coordinators are the ones communicating with my providers. They always say someone will get back to me either Vera Cruz or Ahuda Jacob but I never get a call back. My insurance and company are also trying to get paper work from them and they are doing nothing to reply. They are extremely unprofessional and due to this it makes any positive experience with the provide you will see and in my case Stacy Humphreys become a negative. The fact they are in the health industry for mental health, they totally causing more harm by disregarding patients needs as well as their staff being very condescending and not accountable for the business in any shape or form. They often say it isn’t their job to track down my forms. It just their jobs to relay messages. I will stay a way

I have been a psychiatric patient for 15 years and recently had to switch to Dr. Zacharova at Rudoy medical as my former psychiatrist retired. I have been on the same medicine regimen for years without issue. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone that I personally care about. I was refused access to Dr. Zacharova by Rudoy medical for 6 days. (a phone call or a message or anything) despite not having the schedule IV narcotic medication I have been taking daily for years. It came to the point where I was in tears on the phone with the secretaries (Eugene was one of them) as well as the Senior Manager Vera Cruz, just begging them for help. Their actions were negligent and put me and my health in serious danger. I am seeking outside consult for the suffering I experienced because of their shortcomings.
