DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!! This Hospital should close their doors and should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat the Veterans who served this country. As for the 11th floor (I believe 11 west), most Nurses and Aides are incompetent and should be on the unemployment line. Their arrogance and attitudes are unacceptable and have been told so. Rooms were filthy, blood and garbage on floor, left my Father in a room with another person who had Covid and I could go on and on. I am not comfortable with my Father ever being admitted into this Hospital again, so I am hoping he will never allow himself to be admitted there again. I do not trust them, I will not tolerate their attitudes towards their patients and I do not trust them with his care. My Father was there for a week and it was a nightmare for him as well as myself for the entire duration of his stay.
