Buffalo Spine & Sports Medicine PC

I arrived for my visit 30 minutes early as I was told by front office staff. I was called back an hour later. If I get good medical care I am fine with waiting. I was seen by the PA Olivia Michaels. She sat on a stool and asked me questions and never even stood up to talk to me. She did not make any attempt at all to evaluate my neck pain. Never checked range of motion strength or neurological function. She never even asked me where it hurt. No diagnosis or counseling. I would not have written this email if a physician would have called me back to address the concerns. I left two messages and both times waited on the phone almost a half hour. I will be looking for a new medical office.
