Disappointed with new billing demands

They are good at what they do, but now they demand $150.00 copay even though my insurance company always pay. It will take months to get your copay back. Try to get a receipt when you pay online good luck, we've been waiting for 3 weeks through Florida department. We have been patients there for years but after the new payment demands we moved on to another firm.
