This practice is terrific! Eric combines expertise, experience, and a willingness to listen in his approach to patient treatment resulting in a very positive experience under the most dire circumstances - a diagnosis of dementia. Eric (and his team, particularly Stephanie) treated my Mom, who had dementia, with kindness, compassion, respect and understanding. In addition, the team administered to us as a family to be sure we understood what was happening; and they brought us through each phase of the disease with a profound and sincere interest in my Mom's overall well-being and safety. Both Eric and Stephanie are knowledgeable about medication applicability and practicability and are open and honest about setting expectations as to the efficacy and outcome of them. Their compassion, kindness, interest and expertise combine seamlessly to provide an overall outstanding level of care. I highly recommend this practice.
