Nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve been waiting almost a month just to have a physical form filled out. When I went to the doctor on the eighth, they told me that I should expect the paper to be filled out that weekend. Every day I receive a call from somebody working in the office and they’re telling me they don’t know if they receive the paper they don’t know if the doctor filled out the paper. Nobody knows anything and I’ve been waiting day after day. This is not the first time I’m always going back-and-forth with them and I can never get the information I need once I was prescribed a medication and it took them a month and a half to get that medication to the pharmacy. Currently looking to change my dr bc it is horrible here. Very unprofessional very time-consuming. I needed blood work after they told me that the lab is closed and I cannot make any appointments and that I have to go all the way to Patchogue for bloodwork. Which was a lie. I asked for a woman who helps me they lied
