Your miserable experience will begin with the phone encounter- half an hour or so to get an appointment. God forbid you are injured or you have an injured child. Then the appointment choices are poor. It’s hard to get a follow up appointment. The worst of it is when you get there, the wait is insane, beyond insane. I had an ankle injury showed up at 12:45 PM for a 1 PM appointment. They called me right back. I thought good. And it took another hour and a half to get an x-ray. Then I had to get in the queue to see the doctor. I limped out of there 2.5 hours later. God forbid you have complex orthopedic issues and mention having trouble waiting bc of this or that and the staff look at you cross eyed as if you’re just lucky to be seen. I found the staff rude and inconsiderate. I found the doctor brusk & unhelpful.
