Premiere Family Physicians PC

When I first started coming here, it was great. Christine listened, and the office staff was helpful, but over the past 5 years, everything has gone downhill. Christine is increasingly impatient during visits, she doesn't listen and continues to write down a diagnosis for something that I have expressed over and over again is not why I am taking a particular medication. I was living out of state for a short period of time and only had health insurance through my parents in WNY. There was no effort to understand the situation and I was repeatedly told to find a new dr. in my area despite the fact that they knew I wouldn't be covered by insurance. Now that I am finally able to hop onto my own plan and am actively trying to switch over to a new practice, they will not release any of my records. The new office has made multiple attempts to reach out, and every time I talk to the GP staff why nothing has been sent, they claim that they haven't received a request, which simply isn't true.
