The title says it all. It's impossible to talk with them, and they can't even do so internally.I needed to cancel an appointment. I called them (there is no way to cancel online) ~12 times over 10 days. The only time it didn't go straight to voicemail was the only time I called outside of business hours. That time, the person on duty snapped at me for calling at 6:00 PM and told me to call back during business hours. I left at least 3 voicemails, but the appointment never got cancelled.I had a question about my medication. I wrote to my provider through the MyChart Portal (calling is pointless). The nurse's assistant who wrote back to me obviously used ChatGPT to generate a response, which wasn't even factually correct.Every time I've had a procedure, doctors had some of my information wrong. My age, my name, my meds, my history, my allergies... all have had errors I've needed to correct.Anyway, the doctors are all nice. But don't go there if you can help it.
