Unscrupulous business practices
DO NOT TRUST!Last year I was informed that Lalor Family Dental would no longer accept Delta Dental insurance. This notice was well after, in March I believe, I had the ability to change dental insurance. Since insurance decisions for most individuals must be made the previous November. I was unhappy, but decided that I would pay out of pocket for the second cleaning of the year. This year I changed insurance to one that Lalor accepted. Now I have a dental issue that the new insurance will not cover because I have not had that insurance for 1 year. This leaves me with the option to pay approximately $3000 out of pocket or have a tooth extraction, still pay out of pocket but less money. DO NOT! Trust Lalor Family Dental. By conducting business this way Lalor Family Dental has placed the burden of their business decisions on me. They are are unscrupulous and are causing me great pain and suffering. DO NOT USE Lalor Family Dental
