I can't say enough positive about S.T.A.R. PT
I can't say enough positive about S.T.A.R. Physical Therapy, and John Ciavaglia in particular. He really listens - taking on the individual as well as the machine (the body issue) as they are powerfully interrelated. In my case, my challenge is inseparably a little more than just muscular-skeletal. John came up with a well thought-through strategy addressing both with contingencies and flexibility. S.T.A.R-PT has a pleasant staff from the office to the gym and private exam rooms. A reminder (to myself as well): You have to do the work. They know what they are doing.
