Impossible to get anythig done over the phone or internet. Your auto mechanic would probably provide you better medical service. At list he would listen.

You can no longer direct call the facility, you have to contact a call center (LONG hold times),and they will ask the office to contact you (sometimes they call you back, most of the time they do not). If you need to send a fax, it takes 14 days to reach the office. We found an excellent Sr day program for my Mom in the area, and waited for an opening. When there was an opening, we needed to submit paperwork - one of the forms was a medical record of her last Dr. visit (with Colleen Olszewski). Being out of town, I faxed the forms...they never made it to the office, so I faxed a second time...they didn't make it to the office. I drove 2.5 hours each way to hand-deliver the forms to a nurse at the Fayetteville, NY facility and was assured it would be done right away. It is now 2 weeks later, and the forms still have not been sent to the Sr. Program. We will now lose the open spot in the program. Very disappointing.
