Doctors are Wonderful! However, the front desk is understaffed. There is a significant wait and the lady working the front desk is stressed and therefore does not manage family needs s effectively. She needs help, but is trying her best under the circumstances. Paperwork takes almost 10 days to complete. You will never get through to someone on the phone. I tried to book an appointment for a virtual consult and I kept hearing somebody else talking to their therapist on the phone (lines were crossed maybe) and after a few minutes it would cut off. Dr. Yee is the best so we keep coming back just for her, but man what a painful process just to get an appointment.
