When you walk in there are several plaques on the wall that say 'Business Woman of the Year', let that tell you all you need to know about their priorities. I paid out of pocket, over $2000. Was told I had a significant distance problem, needed progressives and prisms. $700 glasses. I wore them every single day, no changes, in fact I felt worse. Went back and told the doctor and was told there was a 'psychological component to my diagnosis' that I needed to sort out myself AKA it was in my head. So I finally went to a REAL Neuro Ophthalmologist (not an optometrist who sells expensive glasses like this place) to get a second opinion. Turns out, NO misalignment and my vision, BETTER than 20/20. Said he couldn't understand why ANYONE would have prescribed me glasses yet alone prisms and the glasses were most likely making my symptoms worse!!! That all I needed was vestibular therapy for vertigo. For the first time I am finally seeing an improvement. Like another review here says, they won
