Dr. Kaplansky was kind and patient with me and explained everything and gave me time to make decisions.

We like going there and having Sarah clean our teeth. They are all friendly there and have never had a problem.

I have been a long time patient of dr Kaplansky. As the office has grown, he has integrated many services with a stellar staff who make it look easy to do things right the first time. He doesn’t rest on his laurels and always stays up to date on the latest, most effective treatments and procedures. At the same time, everyone is warm and down to earth. They have solutions with no floss shaming!

All of the staff are extremely nice, caring, informative and really know what they are doing. I have been through some rough dental experiences in the past and I am so glad I came here! I had to get a filling in a rough spot and they really took their time with me to make sure I was numb and not in any pain. They have been great to me from my first visit and they clearly care about how their patients are treated. I hope more medical practices will follow suit. The office is also very nice and I am planning on being a patient here long term.

I had to go had a problem checked out. I got an appointment the same day I called. I was in and out in a hal an hour. Dr. Smith checked out the problem , took care of it and reassured me that everything would be fine.

I was referred by another gentleman in which I asked want dentist did he go to, he told me Dr. Kaplansky in Gasport. When I asked him about how he liked the services there he said that the staff, hygienist and dental group were very knowledgeable and friendly. So I got an appointment there and had my first visit. I must say that everything my friend told me was very true with the staff that works there !! It was a very nice visit and they have the most up to date equipment that I've seen !!

I was comfortable and confident in their abilities. They take the time to make sure you are not in pain and understand what they are going to do.
