Everyone in the office is personable, knowledgeable, and approachable. The doctors are world-class and tremendous listeners. They have both provided me with relief for various pains and ailments through acupuncture; I am so thankful that I found them!

North Country Holistic Care Center
Dr. MacDonnell and Dr. Alagna, along with their Staff, are fantastic. I have been a patient for over a year and have had nothing but great results. I am a Veteran, referred through the VA Community Care Program, and the process works smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend their Services.

Acupuncture Services
Dr. Diane Macdonnell is a rare combination of medical physician and acupuncturist. She is an excellent listener who takes her time, which results in effective treatment in a refreshing manner. I was treated over a several week period with acupuncture for a painful condition, which resolved without the need for anti-inflammatory medications or steroid shots. I will return for maintenance treatments, and I highly recommend Dr. Macdonnell for acupuncture.

The best experience I've had with ANY provider
For the first time in my life, I feel as though I've been heard by a doctor. I'm a whole person and most doctors only want to hear about what's going on with this part or that part, but that's not the case at North Country Holistic Care. Not only do I feel heard, but also happy and relaxed when I leave my appointment. I highly recommend their stress reduction services.
