Wasted almost 2 years with dr. Nair in Herkimer
Dr. Nair didn't like questions and seem to take it personally. Hey, she's the doctor and I have questions! Would never provide preservative free eye drops even I was allergic to preservatives. Kept saying they are hard to get. Well, I found out they are readily available.. Gave me some eye sample eye drops meds that had already expired. Why? Finally had to go elsewhere for help and laser surgery that Dr. Nair wasnot willing to do. Would never go there again. Very unprofessional!

LENS IMPLANT IN LEFT EYE, RIGHT EYE DONE 5 YRS AGO
DR COSTELLO WAS VERY GOOD, EVEN CALLED ME AT HOME AFTER LENS IMPLANT, TO SEE HOW I WAS. I CAN SEE SOOOOO MUCH BETTER, EVEN UP CLOSE, HAD TO DROP MY READING GLASSES FROM 250 TO 125, AND DON'T HARDLY NEED THEM MUCH. I RECOMMEND HIM 100%, BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 10YRS.
