Unresponsive
CMA has been my health care provider for over twenty years. In that time, I have had three primary care professionals, the first a doctor and the second two PAs. While I have been impressed with the people that have been my primary care providers, I have noted a sharp decline in the ability of the CMA system to provide consistent and reliable access to them and timely follow-up on their care. Most recently, I have had to call four times in an attempt to get a medication renewed, with no follow up on the part of CMA. I still do not have a medication that I need to help with a worsening condition. I'm trying the Guthrie system, in hopes of getting more timely and less frustrating care.
