very unprofessional, no one was wearing masks properly, the waiting room in back had 3 chairs on each side and 4 in the back but tight fitting not even elbow room in-between seats doorway was that of a standard door size so no one could actually evacuate properly if needed the tech didnt sanitize equipment before wanting me to sit down and put my face rt where another person was and i watched them get up. nurse was rude demanding and pushy, i explained i had anaphylaxis to dialation drops and she said lets try any ways like hello anaphylaxis is deadly if not treated properly.
