Poor service!!!!

Had an impression done on my retainer for 1 tooth. Retainer had for 5 years. Told me 2 weeks. Called last friday told me they were in. But refuse to give them to me. Went today to pick dentist isnt there and refused to give me my retainer. Which is bpught and pd for. Wont see me till January rd. Thats 3 months i have no front teeth. Holidays, holiday pictures. And then tell me they aren't in. Why because i wasnt leaving till i had them. Its their policy. Asked to see policy. Shrugged me off. 3 months for a 2 s3conf fit. Absurd. I will get my plate and never go back!!!!
