Ok, Dr. hurried through, left overwhelmed!

This office is the worst! My C-Pap machine was recalled in early 2021. I found out in September 2021. Called immediately to make an appointment because my C-Pap is critical in my life since, you know I stop breathing in the middle of the night. They advised that I needed a new referral because it had been a few years since they last saw me, okay fine, that's my error and failure to upkeep. so I called my PCP and they sent over a referral right away. I called Pulmonary Health back and they advised they didn't get it, and even if they did, they couldn't help me with a new C-Pap without a sleep study. So my PCP sent over a request for a new sleep study in October 2021, called PHP and they said they were behind from moving and would call when they could schedule my appointment in a few weeks. It's almost February..... still no appointment, no call. Nothing. Their staff is some of the most unfriendly I've encountered. They don't seem to care at all about their patients.
