New Patient to this facility and as a healthcare worker for 13yrs. Whom has experience in prio auth, referral and patient care. I am disgusted but Katie " The office Manager of this facility did not only have the audacity to call a patient condescending when am asking for am appt. that works for my schedule since my drive there is 30min. and I cant my appt. I understand that office are struggling financially but patient have the right to ask for test like Echo to be done at a facility like zwanger and pesiri and you have the right to know why test are being order before the over load and bill the insurances for unnecessary test. PLEASE KNOW IT IS A PATIENT RIGHT TO KNOW WHY THEY ARE GETTING EXAM AND TO HAVE EXAMS AT OUTSIDE FACILITIES. An office should want to make a pt feel as comfortable and like they are just as important as anyone who is in need of medical attention.
