We’ve had 3 prenatal appointments for my pregnant wife, and the experiences have been bad.1st appointment: The NP was good.2nd appointment: This was canceled twice without any alternative options provided. We had to make multiple calls to reschedule, resulting in being a week behind on routine prenatal care. When we finally saw the physician, it was clear they hadn’t even reviewed my wife’s chart.3rd appointment: A similar story—appointment cancellations. It took speaking with the office manager to secure an appointment.To make matters worse, we called after hours one evening because my wife was experiencing pelvic pain. We left all the necessary information with the answering service, but we never received a call back. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
