Final review about this place. The receptionist there are very nice and helpful. However, the doctors.. well. i did like Dr. Chan but in the past she never listened when i had no sympotums of my thyroid issue. She does use the patient portal- but was always faced with "sorry, yes you need a fasting blood draw, sorry yes you need a urine sample." My wishes were never respected, nor do i feel respected as a patient. Even went to another doctor in the practice and they lied about me having a vitamin D defiency just to get me to be tested. They also have poor communication. no doctor is perfect but one should stribe to be the best they can be. i shouldn't feel stressed everytime i go to the doctor, and the treatment plan should be agreed upon as both the patient and the doctor.

Dr. Arnott is short with patients. He doesn't review records before making decisions causing errors.
