Nyack-Orthopaedic at Nanuet

I am a current patient from the Pomona/Orangeburg Office. I have been seeing Dr. Simon for an issue with my leg. I have been waiting since April for the office to get a prior authorization for an injection needed for my leg. Just to get a call from Robin on July 7th to inform me that the prior authorization was expired. The office didn’t reach out to me prior to July 7th to inform me that the authorization was approved. The diligence of the follow up on this matter is horrible customer service. Now, I am here with constant pain and the office has no explanation. Why would you wait until the prior authorization is expired to contact me. The employee I spoke to was rude and condescending when speaking to me. All I was looking for was an appointment for the procedure because I had received an approval at my home. When calling the office for appointment the employee stated the procedure was denied. The procedure wasn’t denied the office took its time to reach out to me to make an appt.

Have been a long time patient of Dr. Brief. He is an outstanding orthopedist, with years of experience and an encyclopedic knowledge of orthopedic disorders. He is caring, engaging and very empathetic. I trust him implicitly

No on answers the phones! I had to go into the office every time I needed to make an appointment and they always said they don't answer the phones because the call center is too busy. They scheduled an MRI for my son, we waited five days and then it was cancelled because the office staff never sent in the correct paperwork. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO THERE! I now had to find a new doctor and start the process all over again and my son is still in pain and its very sad that we had to go through this.
