Practice

This is the absolute worst practice I have dealt with in a long time which is a shame because the doctor himself was kind, efficient and thorough. The nurse who assisted with the endoscopy and the anesthesiologist were both great, too.I have had a nightmare experience. I ran out of my medication which I have taken for nearly 15 years, and have spent the last 6-8 weeks calling and leaving messages at the practice. They have sent two different medications to be filled but never return my calls. The pharmacy has explained that the medications require pre-authorization from the insurance provider. I have left this detail in every one of my messages. At one point, someone called to give me the results of an endoscopy and I raised this with them. They assured me someone would call me back that day. No one did. I finally spoke with the manager there, Donna, and explained this nightmare to her. She shared that they were transitioning systems and perhaps the messages were not being received -
