Brookdale Hospital

I had an appt. today but I was not seen as intended. As I was waiting to be seen, a woman came to the doorway and yelled out my name. As I was following her to the exam room, the whole 2 minutes that I dealt with her, she was being so obnoxiously rude to me, that I ended up walking out without seeing the doctor. She never introduced herself, she never even addressed me, never said hello and she spoke AT me with such an unprofessional, insulting tone of voice and in such a disrespectful, bullying manner that I responded by saying "NO". Then, when I didn't comply with the "demands" she was barking at me, she stopped, turned and proceeded to (try to) turn me back in the direction of the waiting room and she told me to go sit and wait (like I was a disobedient child being punished) after I disagreed with her. Not sure who this woman thought she was but the arrogant attitude and nasty, demanding demeanor she attacked me with were inappropriate and unnecessary.
