This office's stated protocol, according to staff person 'Sheldon', is to NOT provide test results unless and until the ordering physician has communicated with the patient. The problem, as shared with the office, is that the dr is often unavailable due to surgery schedules. That leaves patients waiting needlessly and nervously for days, despite NYS law stating that patients are entitled to their test results.

I have gone to ERI many times over the yrs for xrays, MRI's, etc., but my most recent experiences there lead me to leave this negative review. I received steroid injections for arthritis and ended up with a ruptured tendon. I am sure the radiologist knew that the shot was injected incorrectly-he gasped and expressed dismay while injecting me and then said I might have a 'little bruise.' I ended up on disability for 5 months after needing surgery to fix it. Spent $$$$$ on medical bills, etc. too. Nothing in the consent form I signed indicated that this could be a problem. I am still suffering from it.Most recently I learned that my personal data was compromised at ERI. The hacker had already reached out trying to scam me before ERI notified me of the breach.Suffice it to say, I am really angry and would never recommend this place. ERI has eroded my faith in the health care system. Be careful, ask questions. This place has a nice package but rotten insides.
