Completely unresponsive to any phone calls
I have been treated by doctors at this location and no one, ever calls back. You can't get anyone to call you if you have a specific question about your medication or vaccinations. When I have complained to office staff and physicians alike, they apologize profusely and give me another number and promise that it won't happen again. The numbers change or only take medicine refills or have a voicemail but no once calls back. No One. I even complained to the nurse who took my blood and she promised me that she answers it every evening - except the evenings I called because 'they were real busy'. You can't run a healthcare practice like this and expect patients to get any real healthcare.
