My doctor dr lafasso only could get 1 in person appt in 2 years. If sick you can't expect appt for 2 months staff say definite not in 4 weeks. They charge specialist fee even if they are your primary care dr. If nurse tells you something dr well call for less than5 minutes say same thing then bill you a specialist tele visit fee. If your dr is no available and you are sick you are not allowed to see anyone else in the practice. You must wait for 2 months and hope appt is not converted to a tele visit. My dr would not refill my depression meds until in person appt she scheduled for 3 months away. There is no consolidated care it is all just a marketing scam. I fired them returned to internal medicine and could not be happier.
