Rockland Endodontics

Came here for a consultation back in June, paid the cost out of pocket since they were so highly recommended, but out of my insurance coverage. Went to go have my surgery recently and picked up my x-rays from them and go to a different clinic, only for the disc to be another patient’s…. which led to me having to get another consultation done. Now my necessary surgery has been pushed for another 2 months and I have to just deal with pain and the cost of two consultations. Called to see if there was anything Rockland Endodontics could do for me, but basically nothing could be done because they had a computer issue that led to me getting screwed over. No offer of any reimbursement for the consultation that was a waste now, no promise of taking extra care to avoid this neglect that has put me in a terrible position. Nothing. Just ‘Have a great day!:)’. Would’ve never expected to have such costly negligence at such a highly rated place. On top of all that, Dr. Bey’s prognosis was incorrect.
