Genesee Valley Podiatry, LLP

The office in Brockport was dirty, staff unwelcoming. There were used bandages on the floor of the exam room and the betadine bottle had dripped all over. Not one staff person introduced themselves so I thought the intake person was the podiatrist. One of their laptops was broken so the intake person had to leave before finishing my assessment. The podiatrist (Dr. Andrew Merkel) seemed rushed. He was supposed to authorize 2 prescriptions for me but never did. I checked twice with my pharmacy even 2 weeks after my initial appt. and no prescription. Someone else (an assistant perhaps) came to put a brace on my foot and admitted she didn't know how it was supposed to go on. Needless to say I cancelled my follow up appt and have gone elsewhere.
