Rude Staff
Called and spoke to a receptionist after a follow up visit with a quick question regarding what activities and exercises I should avoid with my diagnosis. The receptionist was extremely rude and would not let me speak to a doctor/nurse nor take a message and ask for me. She told me to 'try exercises until they hurt, and then you will know whether or not to avoid it.'

Good Docs - Terrible Office
It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone including Triage and the Contact Us link does't work. Opting for a call back also doesn't work - when they call back it puts your call back into the loop as if you just called in. Their Website is terrible, the Contact Us link does't work. Some messages to the Dr haven't gotten through.I love my Doc but the highly dysfunctionality of the website/office make me question if I'd go back

Terrible horrible
Sent my husband to Dr. William Barrick for neck injury. We have seen the Dr once for which we waited 2 hours in office.A follow-up to schedule surgery was needed and that appointment has been bumped 3 times. For vacation, didn’t want to see it’s after being in call and no his birthday. All last min changes and no call this last . another time wedid miss our appt. due to bad weather flooding road closures and was told no couldn’t be seen later in the day and next appt is 10 weeks out. When rescheduled all appointments are 6,8 or 10 weeks out!Not caring, or compassionate toward patients. NO flexibility with dr or staff, But patients are expected to bend over backwards to accommodate office. No clear cut answers, always told next visit.Cant reach anyone but leave a message and no one return calls Very unprofessional. If you want to be seen in a timely manner by physicians and staffwho care about their patients and get timely care, go else where! DON’T GO HERE!

The Kingston office does not return calls.
The initial procedure went well - I have 3 more visits to go. I have called the office at least once a week since Mid- November and no one returns my call to schedule an appointment.

Practice all about financial gain and not patient
I saw Dr. Dentico for a couple years and he was never on time. Even if I had the first appointment of the day I still wouldn’t see him till half an hour after my appointment. The nurse told me that the doctors only are allowed at 7 1/2 minutes per patient. Therefore, when the patient ahead of you runs later than 7 1/2 minutes of ladder appointment or behind. Obviously financial gain is more important than patient care.

Arrived at 8:45 for a 9am appointment. Waited 45 mins only to be told thr individual was still 10 mins away and there was someone scheduled before me waiting. I had another apountment scheduled and was unable to.wait. As I work in the city and have to take a day off to make my appointments, it is beyond aggravating. No apology, just alot of excuses. No one informed me he wasn't there..had I not of inquired after 45 mins, I guess I would still be waiting. Beyond disappointing and definitely makes me reconsider contunuing with the practice. If you expect your patients to be considerate of your time and cancel appointments or call if they will be late, it would be nice if the same consideration is shown to the patient.

I went to see a pain specialist, DR. Rakhala, Not Only did I have to wait 45 minutes to see him, but he was such a coward he didn’t even show his face, he sent his assistant into tell me there was nothing more he could do for me. Out of all the doctors that I’ve seen there in the past few years only one of them has been good And that would be Dr. Kelmanovich.Excellent doctor too bad he’s in this awful Place.

The worst communication of any office I have ever been to. I didn't know my patients rights were being violated when I asked to see my surgeon and not a PA following surgery. I was told "that's not how we do it" and I could not choose who provided my care. Now I know better....complaint filed with NYS DOH. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. YOU WILL SPEND MORE $ ON THE ANXIETY YOU WILL DEVELOP.
