This is a horrible little place. Their office is constantly busy, they won't answer the phone, or when they do they place you on hold immediately. No one does anything they say they will do for you, and they are rude to boot. Don't give this place your precious insurance money. Two weeks to get a prior authorization. Don't you have my medical records? Why is this my responsibility? Isn't that your job? To call the pharmacy? To call the insurance company?I have to run around like a crazy person, yep, every month to get my medication. This is ridiculous and humiliating. It's demeaning. Don't put yourself through this. Find someone else.
