I had a problem that Teladoc does handle unless you are over 60 which I am. But, they don't tell you that until after they have your money. The provider I spoke to on the phone explained and told me I would get a refund but then when I called they refused to refund my money which was $89.00 so not cheap. They say there was a pop up letting me know about the problem but there was not. So I'm paying $89.00 for absolutely nothing. A good company would refund my money an okay company would at least offer a discount. Stay away from this company as I have found the more I look into this business the more they seem to be all about taking your money and could careless about their clients. Stay far far away.
