horrific medical practices.
They book appointments without telling the patient. They randomly turn in person appointments to telehealth appointment. Doctors are randomly changed. My treating physician got into argument with me without reason. I finally got fedup and changed PCP however, the clinic refused to send my medical records even after i filled out the HIPAA form. They gave me extremly hard time with my medical forms.
