Not caring for patients
Dr. Romano and his staff are not professional, trustworthy, and dependable. They are not caring for patients; 3 times for postponement and then canceling right 10 minutes before the appointment time. Dr. Romano said to me, 'Go to other places' He was arrogant and irresponsible as medical personnel. I had a gum problem and saw Dr. Romano on Jan 14, 2022. After seeing him, I made an appointment on February 25th for deep cleaning. The clinic suddenly postponed it twice around the date, I tried to follow it and rescheduled other dates. I again got the call asking to postpone it before the date. On this 3rd time I needed to care for my teeth, so I pleaded with them to keep the appointment date as-is and they accepted it. Finally, upon my arrival on April 1, Joanne, the receptionist called me and said that the appointment was canceled because the hygienist Meghan should leave soon. I live 73 miles away from the clinic and it is a three-hour drive for a round trip. He never asked my gum.
