calling to change appt
why do they have 9 drs offices all in different places but you cant now call one specific office to make an appt they have all offices going through one hub and it took me an hour and a half to get through and i still dont have an appt change it back to where you can call your local office and get an appt ridiculous and the lady got rude when i told her this and she said well you make appts for 900 calls we get a day i told her well change it back good thing i wasnt having issues
