Rochester Gastroenterology Associates

I saw NP Amy Hayes (?), who I'm told is no longer there, in 4/2022. The visit itself was fine and I was relieved to find that they supposedly could test & treat SIBO and understood the gut-brain connection, however I'll never know if this is true or not because after several months and multiple calls to follow up, they never submitted the Rx they'd promised and never scheduled the imaging they said they'd do at my visit. It's now September, I called back AGAIN and the office staff blamed it on Amy Hayes departure, yet they STILL failed to follow up so I'll be going elsewhere as I can't suffer any longer and the blatant disrespect and disregard for patients (not to mention the unprofessionalism and laziness of the office staff that's supposed to be responsible for following up and fulfilling these tasks) is infuriating!!! No compassion or integrity whatsoever. I guess my first red flag should've been when I walked into the Linden Oaks office and it looked like a welfare clinic.
