No compassion
I called the office and advised I was having a very bad bloody nose. I was told the next available appointment in ANY office was the end of the month which was 24 days from now. Said I would be considered a new patient because I hadn't been there in the last 3 years. Do people usually go to an ENT on a regular basis? When I Explained The bleeding was very bad the UNFRIENDLY woman on the phone advised me to go to Emergency?? I asked if she could ask one of the providers if they could squeeze me in and she said that wasn't possible and again said to go to Emergency....Would not suggest calling/going there unless you don't need much assistance!!
